RETURN POLICY

We spend quality time with our customers ensuring adequate sizing and fit for each shoe purchase. We understand sometimes the footwear does not work out.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the initial purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Shoes must be in new condition, in their original packaging for a full refund. Shoes with outside wear or without the original packaging can be exchanged for another product or given store credit by way of gift card.

All discounted shoes are on Final Sale and will not be accepted as a return, exchange, or store credit.

Apparel may be returned within 30 days if it is unworn, in new condition with the sales receipt and tags.

All discounted apparel is on Final Sale, with no return.
